Orientation: a time of preparation. Pre-trip orientation encourages personal discipleship (a closer walk with God), team unity, and training in ministry tools and cultural sensitivity.
Outreach: whether in your community or across borders, for a week or a year, all team assignments include learning and sharing in a host culture.
Debrief: apply what you've experienced! All programs include a post-trip debrief where participants reflect on their experience and learn transferable principles for personal discipleship and mission growth.
