Invitation letter To get into the country you need to be officially invited. The process is as follows:
-(Individual) Send the mission team leader your full name as it appears on your passport and your citizenship.
-(Team leader) Send the list of names to the MBMSI representative
in Kinshasa including a fax number and the dates planned for the visit.
-(MBMSI DRC representative) Prepare an invitation letter signed by the church leadership and fax it to the team leader.
**This process can take 2-3 weeks
Visa
The visa document is stuck into your passport and allows you to enter
the country. Appendix A is an example of the visa application including
the items that need to be included. All the prepared documents,
including a return self addressed and pre-paid courier return envelope,
will be couriered to the DRC embassy. Allow 2 weeks for this step.
