Orientation - A spiritual retreat and time of training. Through teaching, sharing, worship and prayer, you will learn to rely on your team members and the Holy Spirit as you make your life an offering to God.

Assignment - Whether you serve in children's ministries, or renovate a church building, your life will be changed. As you serve you'll learn from the ministry leaders who have dedicated their lives to serving God in the Rio Grande Valley. It's a crash course on being obedient to God's call on your life. It will push you out of your comfort zone. Experience the joys and challenges of working as a team in a new way.

Debrief - Before heading home you will go through debrief - time to rest, recover and make sense of your experience.

Goal of SOAR - To share God's love and life with others, and in the process deepening our understanding of God's life purpose for ourselves.

Food and Sleep - Meals and simple accommodations will be provided for all participants.

What to bring -
- Sleeping Bag and pillow
- Foam or air mattress
- Bible, journal, pen
- Toiletries
- Water bottle
- Day backpack
- Modest Summer clothes
