$125 US per child (13 years and under if registered with their family).

Registration Deposit:
Team Reservation - $200 US per team by May 10, 2008

Individual Deposit - $100 US per person by June 9, 2008

Additional Costs:
Transportation: Teams must provide their own transportation to, during, and from the program.

Late fees: There is a $25 late fee for every Participant Application Form received
after June 9, 2008.

MBMS International initiative, you and your supporters are making a charitable
donation to MBMS International's broader mission. All gifts will be receipted for tax
purposes. Because North American governments hold Christian charities strictly
accountable, no charitable donations may be refunded for any reason. Please be
aware of this as you manage and submit your fundraising.
