Just want to say a huge thank-you for always praying for us!

God is so good! And His blessings so amazing! His Grace so great. Today as I shared with my Thai friend about how some of God's greatest blessings come through suffering, she agreed. She recognized that with out her problems she wouldn't be relying on God as much as she does. And nor would she see God do the miracles she sees from day to day. For a new believer, Duan has great faith. Her life is one of praise. You should hear her sing and pray, it's so pure, so powerful.

This week God surprised Duan, and all of us. We were just having a little prayer meeting in our house. Duan's, husband's aunt had come along. Nothing unusual for an unbeliever to sit through a prayer time and sing songs... But, in the middle of our prayers in walked one of the pastors from the church we attend. After we finished praying he began to talk to Sanae. And began sharing the gospel so clear. Then she wanted to pray to receive Jesus, and before she prayed she fiddled with a little amulante pinned inside her shirt and handed over to the pastor. She wanted it destroyed, not tossed out, not resold... (It had great value), She was making a decision to follow Jesus.

Sanae, has only lived in Phuket for a week. She came from a very poor area of Thailand, to make a better living as a 49 year old. She now makes 6 dollars a day. (193 Baht) She is living with Duan's family in a little run down one bedroom house. They have mats on the floor, and not a whole lot more. I asked, how long will you live like this, Duan's reply was for as long as she wants. Then we found out that Sanae's daughter will also come live with them after her baby is born. How unselfish these Thai's are. It's there way of life to live together, eat, sleep and work together. That is true hospitality.

Thanks for your prayers! We sure appreciate you all!
