What is a Celebrate Mission Night Print

It is an MBMSI event open to anyone with a passion for celebrating stories of lives transformed.  The venues will change in location depending on the year.  If you have not attended one, you need to consider coming down to the one nearest you this year.

You will hear stories from around the world, worship the Lord with passionate singing, and pray together with expentancy.  The night is our gift to you.  We trust you will leave inspired and fired up to be everything you were created to be.

MBMS International is dedicated not only to sharing the story of God's light being spread amongst the communities of least reached peoples, but also to sharing God's stories of transformation throughout North America. This year's title is "Before you, an Open Door."  Through video, live testimony and teaching from leaders like Randy Friesen, General Director of MBMSI, we will communicate stories from around the globe.

With MBMSI, there is no shortage of places to go, people to love and ways to get involved. If your heart longs to share and live a life-changing adventure of light overcoming the darkness, come and join with us as we seek to hear how God desires each of us to uniquely respond to the calling He is placing within us.

Some He has called to go. Some He has called to pray for those who go. Some He has called to give - time, aid, leadership or financial generosity. What gifts has God instilled in you? In what areas do you thrive or are you deeply passionate about? God desires to clarify what He is doing in you. Perhaps now is the time to stop and listen a little more closely to how He is calling you to penetrate the darkness with His light.

Celebrate Mission Nights are annual events taking place across the regions in North America. Don't miss the celebration near you. Come and see what God is doing around the world and hear His call for where you can get involved.

For we do not preach ourselves but Christ Jesus as Lord, and ourselves as your bond-servants for Jesus' sake. For God, who said, "Light shall shine out of darkness," is the One who has shone in our hearts to give the Light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ. But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, so that the surpassing greatness of the power will be of God and not from ourselves.

- 2 Corinthians 4:5-7
