Three weeks ago two couples visited us, to pray and cast vision about the MTC. The building
below is the one we would like to purchase for the MTC. It is a 4,660 sq feet Heritage building, in an excellent location.  The building is structurally sound and well maintained. Some enovation would be needed to create the appropriate space for bedrooms (25-30 people), a training room for 50 people, kitchen, dining, bathrooms,  office, reception, storage, laundry, and a rooftop chapel with gardens and lounge space.

We plan to make an offer on April 9th to purchase this building for about $570,000. Someone has already committed $100,000 over the next three years. We will need a total of about $605,000 (with fees) to purchase the building and an additional $145,000 for renovations, equipment and furnishings. We presently have $50,000 and would like to have $250,000 for the down payment. As you look at this building, can you see Latinos and others leaving from it with enthusiasm and training to go to the nations? Please consider making an investment to help us purchase this building as a place to train them.
