Online Application Process | Print |
  • Team Application (Deadline: TBA)
    *To be completed by the team leader (pastor, youth leader, etc.). 
    Step 1: Register your Team by completing the online Team Application Form.
    Step 2: Add Team Members using the Team Control Panel.  Each team member will receive an email outlining their next steps.
    Step 3: Complete online Personal Application Forms.
    Step 4: Receive paper forms (Release of Liability & Parental Permission) and program cost from your team members and mail it to the Western USA Office.


    Team Member Application (Deadline: TBA)
    *To be completed by individuals who are registering with team. 
    Step 1: Receive Registration Email from your Team Leader and follow the steps.
  • Step 2: Complete online Team Member Application Forms.
    Step 3: Submit paper forms (Release of Liability & Parental Permission) and program cost to your team leader. 

       
    Individual Application (Deadline: TBA)
    *To be completed by individuals who are not registering with a team.
    Step 1: Register as an Individual by completing the online Individual Application Forms.
    Step 2: Mail paper forms (Release of Liability & Parental Permission) and program cost to the Western USA Office.
