"Jesus shines a spotlight into caves of darkness" (Job 12:22).  In our own neighbourhood, there are caves of darkness.  The goal of Urban Mission is to SHINE Jesus' light into these caves.   It is a unique opportunity where you join an inner-city church as they shed the love of Jesus in their community. 

  • Program Structure:
  • Urban Mission is a week-end long program that invites you to encounter Jesus in the inner-city.  It is broken down into three sections:

Orientation (Friday evening): Personal, team and ministry training.
Assignment (Saturday & Sunday):   Community ministry placement
Debrief (Sunday afternoon): Personal and team closure and preparation for return home.

  • Participant Requirements: 
  • Urban Mission is open to all individuals.  We encourage church team and families to register as a team.
